An introduction to closing short sales. 2 ECE

The purpose of this class is for students to review various forms of communication and help them communicate better on behalf of their clients and themselves. 2 ECE

Conflict Resolution
This session is designed to help licensees constructively deal with conflict in the real estate transaction. 2 ECE

Contracts
The focus of this class is on the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Students will learn why the information is needed and how it affects the transaction. 2 ECE

Current Trends
An overview of local and national real estate trends which affect the real estate industry. 2 ECE

Contingencies
Understand various contingencies within the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and how they may be removed. Implied contingencies and creating contingencies will also be addressed. 1 ECE

Evaluating Investment Opportunities
This class is designed as an introduction to basic evaluation formulas for investment properties. Students will learn how to compare investments for the general public. 1 ECE
